Staff 10/10 Req Curses

(If one exists) I am looking for a staff (excluding ravens ::ugh:: ) that requires Curses (req 8-12) that has Improves Casting 10% Improves Recharge 10%. Also clean (meaning isn't pre modded by yourself =p, but then again this is a hard item to find so whatever)
