Shadow shield around 75-100k if not more, not really sure. Shadow bow I have no idea.

The shadow bow is, sadly, an SS. In most people's opinions, 20<50 is pretty poor. Sure it's perfect, but it's a bad stat. That's a real nice shield, though.

14 don't makes me cry. It's still a good bow, I would say about 70k. ppl will maybe pay less cause they want a perfect bow ( and not a 14 one ).

2) Merchant, it's non-max (14-28) and 20<50 bows are hard to sell anyway.

Agreed on #2 i'm having a hell of a time trying to sell shadow bows... i had to let a 15>50 go for 30k and i can't sell a +15% ench i have in storage...
