GedLongbow
How the hell is she in deep in DoA...she hasn't even beaten Gate of Pain at this time...anyway here's mine
Name:Ged Longbow
Age:27
Nationality:Ascalon (Tyria)
Profession:Ranger/Monk
Ged was always interested in protecting his country. At age 5, he got his first longbow. By age 7 he could shoot a Grawl square in the face. Ged enlisted in the academy of Ascalon at age 12. Quite young, yes, but he had the skills of a Master Ranger. By age 17 he was the best archer there was in the academy. He single-handedly slew three Charr with one arrow. He was well-known and highly respected. Then the Searing came. He was out hunting in the Shiverpeaks next to Foibles Fair when this happened. The Shiverpeaks were unaffected by the Searing, and so Ged was protected. When he came back after the rain had stopped, he saw his family laying torn around the houses. He saw the dead, ripped bodies of villagers. He saw the severed heads and disembodied limbs of Ascalonian Soldiers. He even saw children...scattered everywhere...helplessly split by the heavy crystals and flaming meteors. From that day on he vowed revenge on the Charr. He now hunts down the Charr relentlessly...killing everything as brutally and slowly and painfully as possible. In his free time, he helps newer recruits with all he can, running them past the Charr to make sure that they don't suffer his families fate...helping them slaughter the Charr and Devourers and Gargoyles to gain more experiance. He also helps his best friend, Alice, with anything she needs...but shes such a pain she keeps dieing and Ged keeps getting frustrated and gives up and goes back to hunting the Charr. Ged has already killed Shiro Tagachi and Vizer Khilbron and now is working on getting to Abbadon. Melandru will guide Ged to victory over the Charr one day, and Ascalon shall once again be alive...and Ged's family will finally rest in peace...

Name:General of Redwall
Age:39
Nationality:Redwall, a hidden city in the Northlands, not far from the Charr capital
Profession:Warrior/Monk
General was born in the Northlands, in the hidden city of Redwall, which was located next to the Charr capital. It was of course, hidden from the Charr, though. General's real name was forgotten long ago when he became the General of the city. He was given his first blade at age 6, and could chop the head off of a Gongll at age 7. A Grongll was a large and ferocious cat which had the mane of a lion, the stripes of a tiger, the speed of a cheetah, and the stealth of a panther. It was the second most dangerous beast in the lands. Usually it took four full-grown mean to kill one. The first most dangerous was obviously a Charr, because of it's ability to cast magic. At age 20, the General, already being dubbed a general even at the young age, noticed that the Charr were moving elsewhere. He took a squad to follow them, thinking that they were looping around to come at the village from the other side. When he saw the nation of Ascalon, he decided to stay and help. He immediatly was directed to Ged, who was 17 at the time. The young archer tought him how to Charm a Melandru's Stalker and how to shoot a Longbow. This is how General learned his first Secondary Proffesion, Ranger. But disaster struck the next day. It was the Searing. Having the strength of a Warrior and the speed of a Ranger, the General ran as fast as he could, dodging every projectile that came at him. He survived well, but swore to kill the leader of the Charr, whom had stayed at the Charr capital. When General tried to return to kill this leader, named Zal'gon Burntfur, Bonfazz Burntfur's father, he discovered that the pass had been blocked by a huge crystal stretching 40,000,000 feet wide and 60,000 feet tall. It was impossible to go back. From that day foward, he has helped Ged slay the Charr, and is trying to help Alice get through the Gate of Pain, but Alice always has her darned head in the clouds and aggrovated every single dryder between there and the Underworld. General has recently gotten a lot of money off of his enemies, and has afforded Gladiator Armor from Marhan's Grotto, and Primeval Armor from the Throne of Secrets. General will never settle his anger and retire until he is sure his home is safe. His anger has defied the will of Grenth 1,499 times, and will do it 1,499 times over! He has slain Abbadon, Shiro Tagachi, and Vizier Kihlbron countless times, and will slay them countless times again, until his home is safe.

Also, Taurucis, I can tell from the Fallenkit/Fallentear/Fallenstar that you read Warriors, but you left out Fallenpaw. Either that or you just made a HUGE coincidence. And, yes, General HAS actually died 1,499 times. I did /deaths and 1,499 is what came up.

MegaMouse
They call her Terminator
Name: Terminator Mouse (Formerly Tomoyo)
Age: mid 20's
Profession: Minion Master
Brought up on a small farm in Tyria (Baradens Estate), to a loving father and mother, tomoyo had all she could ever want. Her parents knew that she had some latent talent as a Necromancer even before she hit the tender age of 3, when the undead would rise and congregate outside her bedroom window, just standing there and looking in. At eh age of 6 she discovered that she could control the minions that came to her at night using them to play pranks on the neighbors. Her friends thought that it was cool and she was one of the most loved children in the community.
When Tomoyo hit 16 there was a visitor to the farm. Her name was Mune, a most revered Necromancer, that takes the duty of training new Necromancers under her tutilage. She told Tomoyo to come and see her when she turned 18, and to keep practicing with her minions.
Until the day when Tomoyo turned 18 she learned much from her mother (who was a Necromancer also but gave up the dark art to raise a family). Learning everything like a sponge, she was a quick study.
On the day of her 18th birthday tomoyo said her tearful farwells to her friends and family to go and study with Mune. For at least 2 more years she learned more than she could have hoped for and even more than she dreamed. Becoming adept with the minions she took a second as a monk learning the art of healing.
Tomoyo learned of the Char's inpending invasion and was rushing back to her childhood home to warn her parents, when it happened. A giant jem came crashing down from the heavens crushing her childhood home and all those she knew. She saw the Char advancing onto where she lay after the dust settled, and in a fit of rage and pure hatred she raised an army of minions larger than any could have hoped to stop that decimated the advancing Char army, and sent those few were left alive packing for safer areas. For several days after that she wandered aimlessly throughout her decimated home and community. Then another Necromancer came and told Tomoyo to take revenge on all those that caused this. "We shall meet again" was the last words Tomoyo heard before passing out from sheer exhaustion.
Waking up in the ruins of Ascalon she took the name "Terminator Mouse" for she was determined to end the suffering of all those she saw around her. Taking her leave she swore to exact revenge and terror upon the world of evil. Weilding an Unidentifiable bone staff she wander's the wastlands killing anything that stands in her way to find the ones responsible for her faminlys deaths.

Interesting character stories here!
I have a couple too, which I will post one by one. Going to start with my Rosemary, as she has the most detailed past of all of my characters.
---------
Name: Rosemary Marron
Age: 25
Nationality: Canthan
Profession: Ritualist/Necromancer
Rosemary Marron grew up in a family renowned for their ritualist talents. Her mother, grandmother and great-grandmothers had all been ritualists of renown, and had passed down their skills and ashes to their daughters. Rosemary has always been proud of her family and knew from a very small age that she was destined to be a ritualist too.
Little Rosemary started practicing ritualist skills as soon as her mother allowed her to. She got well acquainted with death and the spirit world from a very young age and, at about age 13, wrapped her head for the first time. Her mother was slightly worried by the fact that Rosemary started spending more and more time alone attempting to commune with spirits rather than playing with other children. Still, she was proud of her daughter, who was showing extraordinary gifts in dealing with spirits.
Around age 16, something slowly changed in Rosemary's way of learning. She started to wear her headwrap nearly all the time, and would refuse to use her own eyes when she had to take it off. Everything physical became ugly to her, and she was unable to bear seeing through her real eyes for too long. This behavior got worse and worse, until one day in her 17th year her mother came upon her daughter bleeding profusely from her left eye and just about to poke her right eye out with a small, sharp bone.
Rosemary had tried to blind herself, in an effort to never have to see the physical world ever again. The physical world was ugly, twisted and lied to the viewer all the time, whereas spirits showed things how they truly were. Rosemary was able to see clearly enough with her spirit powers, as every living thing gave off a spiritual aura. She didn't want her bond with the spirits to break even when she took off her headwrap. Therefore, her eyes had to go.
Her mother worked quickly to save what could be saved. Rosemary's right eye hadn't suffered damage yet so it maintained the ability to see. Her left eye, on the other hand, was completely ruined. After a long lecture in the blessings of the gods and how one should never throw them away, Rosemary grudgingly promised to keep her right eye intact, but continued to use her headwrap continuously.
After this episode, her mother wrote to Master Togo and pleaded to have her daughter taken into the monastery before she hurt herself again. Master Togo agreed, and Rosemary was sent off to Shing Jea Monastery to learn about life, instead of death.
During her stay in Shing Jea, Rosemary became more open to people and the physical world. She still retained a terrible fascination with spirits and obstinately kept her headwrap on, but now she became social and began to enjoy life for it's own sake. Noticing that her own spiritual powers were slightly alike to the necromancer's skills, she began practicing necromancy in an effort to study how spirits could be combined with dead flesh. This quickly led her to become one of the more accomplished minion masters of her class, and enabled her to find something physical which wasn't completely revolting to her.
When Master Togo began searching for heroes to aid him with the mysterious plague, Rosemary was one of the first to step forward. After all, with countless people getting afflicted by an unknown plague, there was bound to be many chances for her to further her studies.

Priest Of Sin
Name: known only as Priest Of Sin.
Age: Unknown
Nationality: Orrian
Profession: Necromancer/Monk
The man who would later become known as Priest Of Sin was not born into this world. He was manifest by Abbadon to bring the Torment to the realm of man. But, something went wrong, and Priest lost all of his memories. Wandering naked throughout Orr, Priest came upon a Temple dedicated to Dwayna, and monks took him in. They taught him healing spells, and designated him "Priest". But Priest sought a darker path. Creeping out of the Temple, he came upon a graveyard. Using magic forbidden to the monks, he raised a small army of undead and began a siege upon the city of Orr. The Charr began attacking before he was able to finish the Orrians, and an explosion shook the ground beneath him. His features became twisted, and he began to sprout jagged pieces of Obsidian from his skin. Priest Of Sin then decided to play "hero", and fights with Divinus and Aldaris in their quest to purge the evil from this world. After all, Priest Of Sin wants little to no competition.
Name: Joseph Aldaris (now known as Warmaster Aldaris)
Age: 49
Nationality: Ascalonian
Profession: Warrior/Ranger
Joseph started out like any other warrior at Ascalon academy before The Searing. During his time spent at the academy, he learned the ways of the axe, but also the ways of beast mastery. His faithful tiger, whom he named Rampage, followed him throughout his adventures through Ascalon. He befriended Gwen, giving her flowers, a cape, flutes. He killed thousands of Charr across the wall, and he earned the title of Warmaster. Shortly after attaining this title, the Charr shattered the wall. Aldaris was unable to save Gwen, and he swore brutal revenge upon the Charr for killing her. He made his way throughout Kryta, the Maguuma, the Shiverpeaks, and eventually the Fire Islands. After destroying the Lich, he was called upon by Balthazar himself to defend the Fissure Of Woe. Warmaster and his band of heroes killed thousands of Menzies' minions, and Balthazar granted them Obsidian armor. Warmaster now spends most of his time in Ascalon, standing by Adleburn, defending what remains of the Kingdom. Any free time Aldaris has, he spends in the Underworld, seeking out Gwen. In his travels, his Tiger was replaced by a Spider.
Name: Priest Of Blades
Age: 21
Profession: Assassin
Nationality: Canthan
Little is known about Blades, except that he fought along-side Shiro. It is said that Blades was once a powerful healer, but he turned to the art of assassination because it was more "fun". He has completed over 600 assassinations, and currently resides on Shing Jea, killing for the highest bidder. He occasionally aids Aldaris and his heroes in their search for Gwen, but only because of the money to be made assassinating Reapers.
Name: Divinus Dolor
Age: 30
Profession: Mesmer
Nationality: Tyrian
Divinus was born into an exceedingly wealthly Tyrian family. Being a spoiled brat, Divinus liked everything handed to him on a silver platter. His family was growing weary of his attitude, and they sent him to the Ascalon Academy to train for war. That didn't help much, as Divinus used his Mesmer skills to warp the minds of the teachers. After sending all of his instructors to the insane asylum, he was placed in the army under the command of Warmaster Aldaris. Together, they traveled all over Tyria, Cantha, and Elona, and he attepmted to seduce every woman they saw along the way (all attempts were met with failure). Divinus now resides in Ascalon, fighting along-side Warmaster Aldaris, and aiding him in his search for Gwen. On a side note, he has defended the Forgemaster in the Fissure Of Woe a number of times, and has gained the Obsidian armor for his services. He also dabbles with new experimental mind-manipulation, and can seperate the good side of someone from the bad side. (See: Priest Of Truth)
Name: Priest Of Truth
Age: Unknown
Profession: Monk
Nationality: Orrian
Priest Of Truth is the inverse of Priest Of Sin. He was created by Divinus after the powerful mesmer was annoyed with Sin's dark mentality. Truth aids the band of heroes by providing powerful healing spells. Interestingly, he refuses to heal Sin untill Sin admits that Dwayna is a greater god than Grenth.
Name: Volsung The Blind
Age: 25
Profession: Ritualist
Nationality: Canthan
Volsung The Blind was found in the Underworld by Aldaris and his band. Volsung abandoned all of his memories, offering up his mind to the spirits, and he sacrificed his eyes to better commune with the spirits. he joined Warmaster's group, and talks to the spirits in hopes that they will reveal some clue to the whereabouts of Gwen.
Name: Xi The Unholy
Age: Unknown
Profession: Dervish
Nationality: Elonian
Xi The Unholy was a corpse in the Underworld, reanimated by Priest Of Sin to serve the group. Being a corpse, Xi has little to fear of the Aataxes power, as their powerful blows destroy organs he has little use for. He is always the first into battle, swinging his deadly scythe with uncanny prowess, using prayers to regenerate his necrotic flesh. Although he is technically Sin's minion, he has a mind of his own, and can refuse orders if he is so inclined.
Age: Unknown

Priest Of Sin

Super Drybones

There was once a creature of legend known as Abaddon whose raid on a village in the southern shiverpeaks is where our tale begins. One day Drybones, only 16 at the time, went for a walk with his first staff. After 4 hours of walking he found himself lost. Then the ground below him shook violently and he was thrown back. Suddenly the great Demon Wurm Maw the Moutain Heart sprung up from the depths of the under world.
Drybones began to run but was knocked down and tossed into a rock. Bruised and battered Drybones took up his staff and braced himself for the worst. Maw began charging and soon there was a violent shaking which caused many rocks to fall on Maw leaving him with only a few breaths. Drybones took up his staff and ended the beasts misery.
When he returned to his village he found it in ruin. Those who were left began to scream "The city of the gods has fallen and demons run rampent".
Just then an army of demons ran towards Drybones and he began to run. For three days he ran eventually reaching Yak's Bend where he fell into a comma. For sixty-six days he lay in bed till one day he woke up screaming "Rurik NOOOOOO!" He began training hoping to figure out what his dream ment.
Two years later he found the prince from his dreams and warned him of his trip to avoi the charr claiming that something bad would happen if he went. Being unable to stop him Drybones joined on his journies to protect the prince. Soon however his dreams became a reality and the prince was killed in the very moutains he seaked to save him and his people.
Drybones then began his search for Ruriks murderer. Learning of the Lich Lord and his evil plot along the way. This brings us to thunder head keep the stage for the final battle or so it was thought. Dagnar Stonepate and Drybones fought for many hours as Drybones's party held of the other attackers and with a final thrust of his staff Dagnar was dead. Drybones desided that there were more important things to deal with now that his revenge was complete. He along with his brave party set off to the ring of fire islands to end the Lich's plans. Soon Drybones found himself at The Door of Komalie 1 on 1 with the Lich. They began to fight and soon Drybones slayed him or so he thought. The Lich it seemed had one more trick up his sleeve. He pushed Drybones into the The Door of Komalie, but Drybones resisted and continued to fight. After four hours of fighting Drybones and his team were victorious. Then with Lich's last breath he pushed Drybones into the door, into The Foundry of Failed Creations.
For two years Drybones traveled through the foundry alone and in a moment of desperation began summoning minions for company. Each attempt failed and soon Drybones began to give up hope until "Fleshy" was created. He became the first of the mighty Flesh Golems. Drybones and Fleshy traveled through the Foundry until one day they found a way out and were soon in the Gate of Anguish. The forgotton soon escorted Drybones and fleshy to Kamadan. Drybones made this place his home until he was informed of trouble in Cantha. When Drybones arrived he met up with the very group that helped him defeat Lich. They informed him that the emperor was in trouble and about to be killed by Shiro. Drybones led his group to The final battle between them and Shiro. Drybones fought till shiro was almost dead then he used Impossible odds and severly hurt Drybones party. However just before Shiro used his final blw Fleshy came from behind and hacked at Shiro with his handaxe. With Shiro dead they party became heros and Drybones was awarded the title of "Super Drybones" meaning "Summoner of Grenth".
For two years the party stayed in Cantha till they were informed of trouble in Kamadan Drybones home. His party made haster to defeat the evil Varish. Soone the party was in the Realm of Torment itself a place Drybones knew all too well. The party was on the hunt for Abaddon the God of Demons and destroyer of Drybones first home . Drybones was not going to let his second home suffer the smae fate and the party arrived at Abaddons Gate. The Final battle was raged with a God. Drybones and his team began fighting to chain Abaddon and get in blows and the fight raged on. Abaddon let out a flurry of blows crippling most of Drybones team. Drybones's team had only one option left they all let their lightbringers gazes out at the same time reducing Abaddon to just 1 hit. Abaddon looked at Drybones and said "Are you a god". Drybones simply replied "No, I just slay them" and thrusted his staff into abaddons heart ending his reign of terror once and for all. Super Drybones the became the Forgotton's top demon hunter along with fleshy and all his teammates.

Name: Daishi Merc
Age: 28
Nationality: Tyrian (Ascalon)
Profession: Ranger/Monk
He was once told his name Daishi mean't silent master. Daishi was born into a family of hatred and violence. His father had once been apart of a moderately sized, but insanely cruel guild. After the guild's ultimate defeat most of the surviving members had been deemed too demented to be left in society so his father fled to Ascalon to avoid being jailed or hung.
As Daishi grew so did his determination to achieve his goal of leaving Ascalon and his wretched family behind. He trained heavily with his bow and mastered the use of marksmanship and expertise. The day Daishi turned 16 he took up his belongings meaning to leave, his father thought differently. The two fought and that day saw Daishi win by seating an arrow in between his fathers eyes.
He traveled to the Shiverpeak Mountains where he remained until the searing. After the searing he returned to find that his remaining family had not made it. He always thought, with a smirk, that if he had just knocked his father out the Charr would've done the dirty work and he wouldn't have had to waste an arrow.

Name: Kronos (Later known as Kronos "the Sniper")
Proffesion: R/E
Age: 25
Kronos' parents were killed when he was five. He was found by the great hunter and magician Zedd. Zedd retrieved Kronos from the clutches of a Charr scouting party which was heading towards Ashford Abbey to slay the priests who tended to the injured soldiers. Kronos was taught to wield a bow by Zedd at a very young age (around nine). Zedd also taught Kronos to assist his archery with magic. By the time Kronos was twelve he had already begun to venture deep into Charr territory to hunt Charr and other beasts. He could shoot a Charr's tail off before the Charr had even spotted him coming (in a wide open area).
Kronos grew up peacefully in Ascalon under the guidance of Zedd. When he turned twenty he was inlisted into the Ascalonian Army against his will. King Adelbern had heard from many of his soldiers how Kronos could shoot farther than any man in Ascalon. Kronos was sent on many assassination missions. He was known by many as "A Charr General's worst enemy". Kronos began to count how many Charr he killed. By the Searing he had killed 648, most of which were leaders of the Charr Army. The Searing came as no surprise to Kronos (now known as "the Sniper"). He had warned Adelbern and Rurik about the Charr's plans many times. He knew about the Flame Alters and the powerful magic they commanded. Adelbern and his son Rurik dismissed Kronos' facts as no threat. When flame covered the sky Kronos ran to the King's Grand Hall. The King sat on his throne, pale as snow. Adelbern spotted Kronos.
"You..." he said, "why did you not warn me of this? You are at fault!!"
"I warned you many times, have you gone mad?!" Kronos replied, shocked at the King's accusation.
"Guards! Feed this traitor to the beasts attacking the castle!"
Kronos suprised and bewildered knocked the two guards to the ground. He began running down the hallway, the king, sword drawn, was chasing him. Kronos drew an arrow and shot it into the kings leg. The King fell to the ground, monks coming down the other hallway heard his shriek and began tending to him. Kronos saw guards closing in around him. He darted inside an open room and lept off the balcony. He landed in a box of fruits inside a merchants stall, luckily the balcony wasn't high off the ground. Kronos ran away from the city, now ruined because of the Charr. He ran back to Zedd's house and found him gutted on a Charr's spear.
Later Kronos joined the Vanguard, seeking revenge for Zedd's death. He never revealed his identity though, not wishing to be executed. Kronos found his revenge after killing Bonfazz Burntfur, the Charr general who killed Zedd (his name was on the spear).
Kronos began to travel. He visited Kryta, Cantha, and Elona. His favorite place is still Ascalon though, because that is where his memories reside. He later joined the guild " The Guardians of Loyalty" but still likes to think of himself as a Lone Wolf, who can never be held in one place for too long.
It's a little long, but I like it.

Name:Saphrium Minkiz
Nationality:Ascalon
Profession:Necromancer/Mesmer
Age: uncertain, 370-430 years old
Story: Saphrium Minkiz is one of the surviving scholars of the Forbidden Arts Council, whose soul is contracted to serve the death god and by doing so, he is able to animate his body in a youthful form. His skin is already darkened by the poisonous religious ceremony and his eyes only drain light into the abyss. Not many are old or knowledgeable enough to know much about his past, but people recognize him as the Contract Maker. People who can reach to his dark dungeon under the Ascalon ruins, would be offered a chance to make their will come true through his forbidden rituals, only that they have to pay in human blood and souls.

Name: Varek Eothestin
Nationality: Elonian.
Profession: Paragon/Monk.
Age: 23.
Story: Varek comes from a long line of Eothestins. His family's history and heroics known on all three lands. He has a brother, Aelarin, and a sister, Isaris. Ever since they could speak it had been a competition between the three. Varek had always been the golden boy of the family, his parents, Angon and Isara clearly showing him more affection than his siblings. Isaris had enough of it and left Elona to live elsewhere, but Aelarin stayed and trained.
By the age of 14, Varek had mastered the spear. He could hit a running Skale Blighter with his eyes closed, no problem. By age 16, he began to dabble in the arts of healing. By age 17, he had enlisted in the Sunspears. He rose in the ranks to become a Castellan.
He was there when it all happened. He fought off battle-hardened corsairs at Chahbek Village. He killed the Apocrypha at the Jokanur Diggings. He uncovered Varesh's evil plot. He was there at the battle of Gandara. He helped build the Sunspear Sanctuary. I could keep going but I don't really want to. So let's just say he's quite the hero.
After the defeat of Abbadon, Castellan Varek now resides in Istan. He lives a quiet life, helping Dunkoro teach new Sunspear recruits like his brother to fight. The only thing left to do now is to find out where his sister ran off to...

Smilin' Assassin
~ well here's the story of my lil Sin, Alacrity ..
wasn't long after her emergence that I realised she needed her own reasons for doing the hero thing ~
Although this was developed in prose form, she has only shared it with a handful of other RolePlayers in the last year ..
.. about a month or so ago the concept of fiddling with screenies gelled, and over the last few days I created a more accessible version of her story using nothing but Imageshack & what comes with Vista ..
http://img354.imageshack.us/slidesho...160976dme.smil
~ well anyway, enjoy:}
[mods: I put this here, and not in the visual arts section, cos a} most GW players aren't interested in someone else's toon's history, and b} I want to encourage other RP'ers to do this kinda thing, I found it easy even tho I'm still a nub at it~@!} .. if it needs to be moved, let me kno & I'll shift it]

Tatile
Born into a peasant's family in the provincial area of Prince Bokka, young Tatile had very little to do. Her eyes, being as the are silver, led many to believe her blind and therefore she recieved no requests to do work nor to play with the other children. Scholars travelled through the Prince's domain often and would be housed in Tatile's home. One such scholar noticed her silver eyes and said they showed she had a natural inclination toward magic and it's usage. Delighted, Tatile's parents requested help from Prince Bokka, to send her to Istan for training, saying she could one day be a great Monk or Mesmer for the Prince's court.
On arriving in Istan, it was found by the Sunspear trainers there that Tatile was destined to be a Necromancer, and relayed the news to her family. They rejected this, spurned by their country's history with Palawa Joko, and disowned their daughter.
Tatile grew up a dissatisfied individual, finding fault with almost every aspect of the Sunspear order; they were too lax or too controlling, too frivalous or too tight with money. In the end, she departed from them and set about travelling the world, ending up in Cantha for the New Year. Here, she met another Necromancer and for the longest time they chatted about nothing. Hard to believe love at first sight exists. Together they continued to travel. He took her to Ascalon, and showed her the damage the Charr had wrought upon his homeland. He was not angered nor saddened by the destruction, seeing it as a confusing move by the Gods; well, that and an excuse to leave the boredom of his training there.
Since the fissures appeared in the world, Tatile has been exploring the Far Shiverpeaks and building a home for herself in Doomlore, a home she hopes to share with her love.
She kills and explores for personal gain; for the knowledge avaliable in the dungoens of the world, and the gold to keep her living comfortably.
It somewhat fits with what you're going for, right Leeds?

Shadowmere
Born Angela Margret Worth, Angel's young life was one of relative wealth and comfort. Being the daughter of an Ascalonian noble had advantages. However all the high status in the world couldn't protect the family from its own greed. In her father's quest for riches he aquired a unique, but regretably cursed, Elonian artifact.
The night the ornate statue was brought into their home all but one of the Worth family was murdered. Spectral beasts and other horrors from the mists swarmed through the house. In the morning Angel was the only thing left alive in the house. She never revealed how she survived the attack, and it is very likely she will be the only one who ever knows exactly what happened that night. After the attack Angel changed considerably, she became fascinated with death and the arts of necromancy, when before everyone was certain she'd make a great elementalist.
When the call came from King Adelbern to recruit her and many other young Ascalonians into serving Ascalon, Angel was more than willing to expand her knowledge and learn from the masters of necromancy.
After two years of perfecting her skills after the searing Angel became increasingly frustrated that there was no more for her to learn in the scorched kingdom. She hungered for more power, more skills, and more magics. Seeing her opportunity to leave the burnt out kingdom with Prince Ruriks call to evacuate to Kryta. Angel was one of the first to join Ruriks cause, although for admitedly self centered reasons.
Angel's quest for power became very focused after finding, and subsequently killing her former master, now cult leader Verata. She would gather the greatest necromantic minds, and the most powerful creatures and magics from across Tyria and unite them under her banner.

Amen Henn
Ahmen Henn, a sickly, jaundiced child, was found at the steps of Ashford. Abandonned and left for dead, he'd been raised by his new foster parents, a small council of heroes that frequented the Ashford Abby. His frail build and waining health made him no use as a Warrior. He dispised the decadence of the Mesmer, and the hyposrisy of the Ranger. The monk's philosophy bored him with it's constant mention of compassion and faith. It was only when the sickly boy climbed out of his frail state for the first time. His skin grew pigment, his greyish hair a sterling white. It seems life returned to him. But it truth, he was uncontrollably maladying the monks of Ashford. His restored vitality was at the price of others. Famous heroes from all 'round were called to examine the boy, but declined fearing this malady themselves. One night, the knockers of Ashford fell deep in the night. The nightwatchers opened the doors to find a strange duo. The Necromancers known as Verata the Dead and Bloody Munne. They examnied the child, introducing him to various relics, idols and scrolls. They'd deliberated the next evening... the boy was a natural born Necromancer. He'd apprenticed with Munne and Oberan the Reviled until the searing, where soon after he was faced with the task of slaying his former teacher, Verata the Dead. He hadn't the heart to slay his former master, and so allowed him escape. To this day he campaigns against the Charr alongside the waining Ascalonian army and the Luxons along side his fellow Kurzicks.
Alathaea
Name: Alathaea Tlaloc
Age: 27
Nationality: Ascalonian, born within Deldrimor lands
_________
There have been a few who have speculated as to the origin of Alathaea's name. Although her looks are undoubtedly Ascalonian, her surname is kin to those of the Tarnished Coast, and even Alathaea is unsure entirely as to her origin. She knows that she was born on a Dwarven supply train on its way from Droknar's Forge to Beacon's Perch, and she knows that her mother was an outcast of her native Ascalon. But in whatever way, she grew up with her father, a Ranger, in the foothills of the Shiverpeak mountains.
Her father longed for adventure, though, and before long all that was left of him was a note on the kitchen table and some supplies to last the winter. Alathaea, stuck on the side of a whopping great mountain range with admittedly little keeping her there, found passage on yet another supply caravan, paying them with the services her bow could provide. And thus she arrived in Ascalon City, to meet with a known friend of her fathers; Warmaster Tydus. She joined the Ascalon Vanguard, and fought behind enemy lines throughout Ascalon - but soon it was time to flee the wrecked carcass of Ascalon and go to Kryta. It was there that the tyranny of the White Mantle was uncovered, and Alathaea fought within the depths of the Maguuma Jungle against their treachery. Trusting her life as her allies did to the hand of a strange and powerful man, she fled to the Crystal Desert, and sought Ascension.
Her Ascension was an interesting one, a fight between her spiritual and cynical personalities, which resulted in the end with a stronger whole. And then the Dragon Glint showed her the way to unlock her future. It was in Droknar's Forge that she found her fate - her mother, or the remains of her, in a Dwarven Graveyard to the west of the Ice Caves of Sorrow. Alathaea's fortitude was only stoked, and it was at this point that she decided to head abroad - to Cantha, a land terrorised by the evil Shiro Tagachi.
Alathaea had a respect for both Kurzicks and Luxons, but her curiosity lay in the direction of the Luxons, and so she walked the Jade Sea, adopting the garments of the Luxon armada in addition to the Druid raiments she had donned in the city of Droknar's Forge. But it was the Triple Shot of the Kurzick nation that was the proverbial needle in the pincushion of Shiro's fate.
So, Alathaea moved onto Elona, a nation ravaged by the Nightfall of a risen god, Abbadon. Alathaea, using the Signet of Capture technology of Lion's Arch such a long time ago, captured her signature Burning Arrow in the rocky outcrops of the Marga Coast. Leaving the Sunspears for a while with news from home of the effort against the White Mantle. The bond that she as a Ranger shared with Saidra was the fuel of much sorrow over the noble woman's sacrifice. And the slaying of Markis only partially sated her sorrow.
To the Ring of Fire, in which she struck down the Lich and calmed the Undead Prince Rurik to an eternity of peace. And then - to Elona, and the war against Abbadon. The Sunspears found refuge in Vabbi, a place Alathaea found beautiful, but profoundly uncomfortable. It was in the Dzagonur Bastion that she found a base of operations, but soon they charged into the lands of the Desolation, with the aid of Palawa Joko, Scourge of the Vabbian land of wealth they had just left. Pursuing the evil Varesh to the very mouth of Torment, they struck down her Dervish and Paragon Forms, and walked into the warp between our world and the endless night of Abbadon's Realm.
It was there that she, with the aid of her most powerful allies, and under the command of Kormir, slew the god Abbadon, and aided the ascension to godhood of Kormir, Goddess of Truth.
Even the destroyers have paled under the combined might of Asura, Norn, Charr and Ebon Vanguard, brought together, if with fragility, under the banner of the Dwarves, to drive the Great Destroyer from this land.
Now, she wanders the world, assisting ably with the adventures of others. She wishes for no ascension to the top of Rangerdom, but rather some excitement, and a leader to rally behind, bow in hand, ready to interrupt whichever elementalist gets in her way.

Tender Wolf
NOTE: This takes place in GWEN time
Starli Halfmoon
Starli is a ranger who has lived on her own since she was 15. Her family was killed by Kournans who were trying to take over Istan after the fall of Abaddon.
Starli had been out studying the art of the ranger and had returned to find her home in flames and her family dead inside. She fled for her life but is hell-bent on revenge. She has vowed to slay every single Kournan to avenge her family.
But the Kournans' numbers are great, so Starli doesn't stand a chance. As a result, she flees to Cantha and becomes an ally of the Luxons. Upon venturing to Mourning Veil Falls one day, she spots a white tiger and charms it. Later, she spots a Kurzick paragon named Graham Whitefire. He almost slays her, but stops and she flees.
The two later find each other as they engage in an alliance battle. But the two recognize each other and Starli spares Graham's life because he spared hers. The two secretly begin meeting in Pongmei Valley every day at noon. Eventually, they fall in love. But because their opposing factions would never understand, they resign from their positions and flee to Tyria. There, they reside in the Eye of the North and become married.
NOTE: This takes place in Guild Wars 2 time. This is based off my character Ardnek Mysticeyes but I changed the name for the story.
Princess Caria
Caria is a Vabbian princess (residing in the Halls of Chokhin) who is the reincarnation of Tender Wolf. She desires to fight for her people but such dedication and action is forbidden for the royals.
But when Caria turned 13, a bow magically appeared in her bedroom as she slept and she began practicing with it. Her father forbade her to do so, so her studies and practices were done privately.
On her 18th birthday, Caria and the two other princesses (Trita of Resplendent Makuun and Faya of Dzagonur Bastion) was to be wed and become queen. But Caria never believed in arranged marriages, and finally spoke out at the event.
But at that moment, hordes of Palawa Joko's undead army attacked and slaughtered thousands, including Caria's father. With is last breath, her father asked her to save herself. She didn't hesitate and fled.
A few days later, Caria was weak and exhausted. She stopped to nap, but she had a dream. A monk in her dream said that she was her mother (who had died during childbirth) and to go to Ascalon in Tyria to find her destiny.
Caria arrives in Tyria and spots a black wolf. She charms it and names it Midnight. But she felt a strong urge to charm it, like some godly force was compelling her to do it.
That night, she has another dream and her mother appears in it once again. This time, she tells Caria that she is the reincarnation of the legendary heroine Tender Wolf. Her image is shown in the water and the resemblance is striking. Tender Wolf was drawn to wolves, which is why Caria felt the strong urge to charm the first one she saw.
Knowing the truth, Caria goes to Ascalon to find her destiny. All the citizens bow before her and respect her. According to Tender Wolf's legend, the heroine would return one day to protect her people, even in soul. And she has, through Caria.
Caria also manages to find Tender Wolf's lost diary and learns everything about her. From then on she knows what her destiny is. She stays in Ascalon, fighting for what she believes in and protecting her people for all eternity.

Lufarianor the Wise
Lufarianor was a treelover from his youngest years. His friends calling him laughing Luffy, he ran through the woods north of the Northern Wall like a wild spirit, his hair flying wildly and the Charr patrols seeming to always miss him. Then he saw the great Flame. Not knowing it's purpose, he wandered lesuirely back to Ascalon to find the Prince and to telll him the story, but the Prince was out at the academy, chasing after a Charr group that had slipped through the Wall. Lufarianor having nothing better to do he went after him, thus avoiding the entire Searing. Knowing he had nothing to go back to, a suddenly aged Lufarianor went through many hardships, crossing the Shiverpeaks, befriending the White Mantle, only to discover there true nature. After arriving in the desert however, Luffy decided he had enough of this grim land and headed south across the sea.
Thusly he arrived in Cantha. There he lived many exciting adventures, but, yet again he found himself tiring of this life when he was relegated to escorting baby turtles around the continent.
Therefore he crossed the ocean yet again, to The Land of the Golden Sun. There he went through even more adventures, finally understanding his true destiny, and taking control of his future. For the first time, Luffy stuck with his mission from start to end, bringing an end to Nightfall and becoming Abbadon's Bane. After this ordeal, and with his newfound force of personality, he returned to the land of his birth, earning the name of Lichbane. He then returned to Cantha, saving Mhenlo from a horrible fate, and, after mourning Master Togo, becoming Shiro's Bane. He then voyaged again north with his longtime friend Aidan.
In the North he discovered yet another threat. It took all his courage to face this threat and to finish his fight, but in the end he became the Bane of the Great Destroyer.
Yet through all these trials, all these titles, the only one that is now bestowed on him is that of Lufarianor the Wise.

king of killers
king of killers
Age: 34
Gender: female
(interesting i know)
Born into a poor family she was a dark child with a rough life experiencing hardships as her family was one of sorcery and killing for money without blood on their hands. She took up the profession of necromancy. One day her father left when she was only 7 and her mother taught her the dark arts of necromancy. She learned fast at how to kill by stealing the life of others to gain more power for herself. Soon the country became a land of tyrancy, their leaders name was Sir Patron the Great or at least thats what he had named himself. He was a harsh man who killed all sorcerers of the area, he thought they were unnecesary, and he told his miltia they would only pose a threat to their expansion of rule. As the years had gone by her family which was then in hiding told her she was extremely strong in the areas of necromancy and that she should expand her talents to a different profession as well. Since she figured she was extremely skilled at anything, she decided to take the secondary class of warrior a class many wouldn't think a necromancer could handle. One day while training hard she met a friend named justify thy sole.. he told her he would go into the shiverpeaks to find her a firey dragon sword crafted by the best of the mountain trolls. She would'nt have dared tread on that territory alone seeing as how they outnumbered her 30 to 1. The next day he had came with a sword of extreme power a max power firey dragon sword. When she wielded the sword she could practice in much harsher areas. Soon after she had built a reputation of the slayer of all beasts. At the time she seemed untouchable but the only thing that worried her was returning home to see what it had become. She took a boat and what had once been a swamp had been baren wasteland with old encampments reduced to ash. Out of a cave she saw her mother come out and she said "GET OUT before the patrols come back". "We will be okay" she said.Hearing her mother said this she figured there would be another time to dicuss these matters. The next day she returned her mother was dying and said this "I'm sorry we couldn't survive through this for 5 years until your return but we fought hard and tried, but their were no more corpses seeing as how there was no longer a population around. Her last words were "leave!... the king of killers will surely defeat you JUST run away". Shortly after, while asleep her mother passed. She had thought long and hard about why they would try to kill her family but then a patrol man was still standing in the corner of the once was village and she approached him. "WHO ARE YOU"?? he said. I am Celiena Killer of All Beasts. Y-you you were the one the king wanted... please do'nt kill me I-I'll tell you anything you want. "Well WHAT does he want with me"? she said. "He said you sailed away some years ago to recieve some training and he felt you were trying to threaten is position" the patrol man said. Why did you kill my family? The people i loved". H-He forced us to come here, he is after you and trying to draw you out from hiding. Who told him all of this??? she said. He said "he got the answer from a reliable source". "TELL ME" SHE SAID "and were can i find him?". "I-I can't tell you that i swore alliegance and made and oath of loyalty to him". "Then you are useless, I will slice you to pieces and bathe in your blood". "N-NO stop" he said, "you can find him in an encampment north he is sitting there waiting for us to find you". I'm tired of hearing your mouth she stabbed him through the stomach and told him i hope you die and you become MY god's lapdog. The lapdog of Grenth!!!! she roasted his corpse over an open pit fire and left it there. I will finish later im tired ^^

Jam Jar
The Jam Jar... born to a wealthy Jam making company in the east, where jam was pleasant and fruitful... ever since he was young, he was the container. The container of jam. Traveling many places, he went eventually to Ascalon, where he stayed as the jam container of the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches that a wizard loves. Coincidentally, this wizard was finding out how to contact non existant beings. So, after finishing the jam, he absentmindedly put it inside the trashcan. Only to find out an hour later that it was actually the pot filled with strange and awkward chemicals.
And that's when I was born. A living jam jar.
And that's when I was born. A living jam jar.

I really think that all character BIOs which are lenthy and well-written (i.e the person behind it put some effort into it) should be put up in seperate threads. I know some of the people who post their character's BIO's up here also have had some artwork done of their characters, and they could perhaps attach some of them to the thread with their BIO. This, and making the whole post look tidy and welcoming would add to the ambience when reading.
I just think that a lot of these stories are really good, and a lot of them aren't. Those which are good get lost in the posts here, and people who would've enjoyed them won't take the time to find them and read them.
Those of you who have quite elaborate and well-thought of background-stories, and especially those of you who also shape your gameplaying after them, you should post these as seperate threads, as literary work.
I myself would enjoy that a LOT.

Age: Its rumored 25-35
Ancestry: She has no family, rumors state she carries Elonian features.
Class: Ranger, with a knack for air magic.
Pet: "Nutmeg"-Playful Tiger cub.
Weapon: Wit & Cunning
A Monastery, shrouded by the morning’s fog, stood alone in its silent vigil. Its walls beaten but unbowed, told of its everlasting strength. Each day its gates opened for the lone figure to emerge, she would follow the path that lead to the lake. A trail worn down by time, she knew it well. The trees bare of their summer cloaks protected her steps. The lake was still, no breeze disturbed its slumber. She sat upon on a rock over looking its calm; for it was here she had rediscovered her soul and purpose.
It was a morning just like this, misty and still, when he came to her from the depths of his meditation. The mantle of the forest, his home. He took her by the hand and led her across the serene waters, her rawhide boots never touching its surface. They talked of dreams and fears and renewed joys of life. He unlocked the chains to the anchors of her soul, and showed her magic’s, too many to behold. His stories lifted her spirit, and encouraged her to look past the horizon that was so readily setting. They spoke in low whispers, his attention held her through out the night. Finally she fell upon quiet slumber. As the sun cleared the forest the next morn, he left returning to his home in the trees.
So each day she walks down to this spot, his words engraved on her soul. She waits for him, among the calm of nature, in hopes he will return from his vale within the heavens. She speaks as if he was there, and hears his voice carried from the heights from whence he came. After an hour’s time, she turns to the Monastery on the hill. Sorrow is held at bay by the memories of that time long ago.
And as she enters the woods she turns for one last look...
"Till the morrow my teacher, my story is...still unfolding. I am Tanimin, I shall light the way..for it to finish."

Maldeus
Ashen Leonidas
Age (as of the Searing): 19
Nation: Ascalon
Birthplace: Ashford
Ashen was born to a family of blacksmiths in Ashford, growing up in the shadow of Ascalon City and the Great Wall of the North. He was always one of the most respected boys in the town, both because his parents, though poor relative to those living in Ascalon City or Rin, were some of the wealthiest in Ashford, and also because he was big, strong, and possessed of a strong sense of justice. His father never much minded him getting into fights with the local bullies, though his mother was concerned that the fights might eventually get nastier. Fortunately, they never did. There was a sort of unspoken agreement between Ashen and his friends and their 'arch-nemeses' that they would never actually hurt one another. In fact, their arch-nemeses never really bullied anyone after that either, choosing instead to be content with picking fights with Ashen and his 'guild.'
Ashen was trained as a warrior, as well, by his father, who had once been in the profession himself until his left leg was injured in the first Guild Wars, and when Ashen was twelve and he was beginning to mature past the childish games (which is what they really were), the mock 'guild wars' played out by his friends and his rivals, he took up the way of the sword, the axe, and the hammer. Ashen was also educated somewhat academically, being able to read and write (a skill that wasn't totally universal in Ashford).
When Ashen was seventeen, he left home with his parents best wishes behind him and left for Ascalon City. There he found work doing whatever he could. He had always known that his origins from Ashford would be humble here in Ascalon City, but he didn't fully realize it until he had to take odd jobs to get by. He finally found his fortune a year later, when one of his friends in the city, Sir Tydus, found him and informed him that the Vanguard was recruiting. Ashen didn't even hesitate to join. He completed basic training faster than most, owing to his upbringing as a warrior, and was assigned to be the bodyguard of an aristocrat named Marius Maginot.
Marius Maginot
Age: 18
Nation: Ascalon
Birthplace: Ascalon City
Marius Maginot was born in Ascalon City into the Maginot family, the only child of a family of aristocrats who, while lacking in actual political influence, were quite wealthy. Marius was not spoiled as a child, for an aristocrat, but there were few things he wanted for. He studied hard in his youth as well, taking a liking to elementalism, fire magic in particular. His family, particularly his father, always encouraged him to pursue this passion.
When he was eighteen, his studies at home with his families hired tutor ended, and instead of leaving for Nolani Academy, he left to join the Ascalon Vanguard, hoping to replace study with experience, not to mention adventure and perhaps a little bit of romance. Though he was a bit arrogant, Marius was more than anything else an idealistic, naive young man, full of visions of glory and victory.
That changed with the Searing. In a less than an hour, his home, Ascalon City, was annihilated. Forever after, Marius hated the Charr, their fire, and their savagery. He was filled with distrust of Kryta and Orr (though the latter soon became irrelevant). He abandoned Pyromancy and took up Hydromancy instead, controlling the forces of water and especially ice to kill the Charr.
Solomon Bailey
Age: 50
Nation: Kryta
Birthplace: Nebo Village
Solomon's father was rather heavily in debt to a Krytan guild by the time of Solomons birth, and it was a bad time to be in debt too, because the guilds of Nebo were fighting at that time with a rather powerful coalition of guilds from Lions Arch, and needed as much money as they could get. They also needed people, though, so they offered to settle the debt by enlisting Bailey. Bailey was, however, a cowardly man, and so offered his youngest child, Solomon, instead. The guilds wouldn't take it, so he offered his second youngest, Elijah. Ultimately he gave up all three of his children and his wife as well, and within two years he was so thoroughly in debt again that he was enlisted into the Nebo's army anyway.
Solomon was seperated from his family and was at first a servant who was taught the art of the Monk by his new master in his spare time, in keeping with the current strategy of enlisting as many Monks as possible in order to provide much needed medics for the war. But the Nebo guilds were defeated by the Lions Arch guilds by the time Solomon was twelve (he'd been an indentured servant for five years at that time), and so he fell into the hands of a new master from Lions Arch.
Solomon returned with the rest of the spoils to Lions Arch, and was taught to be a Mesmer instead, as the Nolani Academy was producing a good amount of Warriors at the time and the guilds of Lions Arch wanted to be ready to fight Ascalon if they were ever able to calm the wars in Kryta. While he took to the Mesmer trade well enough, he was a rather frank and honest person, which doubtless prevented him from reaching his full potential as a Mesmer.
When Solomon was sixteen, he was pressed into service in the frontlines in the fight between the Lions Arch guilds and the Riverside Province. The Lions Arch guilds now had the support of the royal family, who had always been figureheads, and the Riverside Province were officially declared rebels. With all of two-thirds of Kryta plus the Lionsguard fighting the Riverside guilds, it wasn't long before Kryta was again united in both fact and name.
Solomon was, at the time, nineteen, and was then pulled back to Lions Arch where he again became a servant while Kryta was at peace (meanwhile the strongest alliances in Ascalon and Orr scrambled to unite their own nations, putting much pressure on the royalty of both nations to give official support to one alliance or the other).
When the war with Ascalon came, Solomon was sent for two years to the unenviable Shiverpeaks front. The battles never raged close enough to either side of the mountains to leave the abominable cold behind, and it wasn't too long before Solomon didn't mind if they got pushed back to the Gates of Kryta so long as he could get back to the Krytan climate he'd grown up with. Eventually, Kryta made peace with Ascalon and the two prepared to make war on Orr.
Though war with Orr did break out again, and then with Ascalon not too long after that, Solomon was never sent to battle again, having proved a rather able valet during the short rest between wars. He didn't much like the work, but had little choice. And so his life passed for years until the invasion of the Charr and the rise of the White Mantle. Though Solomon never joined, he provided his full support to the White Mantle for freeing him from the Guild Lord he'd been effectively enslaved too for years.
Using his knowledge of the Shiverpeaks, earned in blood during the Guild Wars, Solomon was able to lead Ambassador Zain safely through. The ambassador sent Solomon back with the exiled Ascalonian refugees under Prince Rurik, where Solomon found his services as a Monk (and occasionally as a Mesmer as well) were needed for the first time in decades. Solomon was, however, happy to help the Ascalons reach their new home in Kryta, knowing that he was now fighting for the White Mantle, a cause he believed to be just.
He was in for a rather severe shock when he followed his Ascalonian friends to Bloodstone Fen.
Riviel Vasburg
Age: 18
Nation: Kurzicks
Birthplace: Vasburg Armory
Riviel was raised to be an archer for the never ending war against the Luxons, but she tired of the pointless fighting very soon after she began. After her year long comission in the Kurzick army expired, she left, at the age of nineteen, for Lions Arch. She integrated much better than most of the Kurzicks into Krytan society, and was more than willing to help with the Ascalons plight when they crossed the Shiverpeaks.
She followed the Ascalons as far as Amnoon Oasis, but while the others left to attempt to ascend, she took the first boat she could find to Lions Arch, and then made for the Shiverpeaks to help with the fight against the White Mantle. She saw it to be hopeless, however, and left with several other Shining Blade friends for her home in the Echovald. She found that the war had gone rather sour since she left, and that it was now Kurzick territories in the hands of the Luxons, instead of vice versa. Feeling more patriotic than she had in years, she and most of her Shining Blade friends rushed to the defense of her old home in Vasburg Armory. Since then she has spent her days fighting the Luxons, slowly but surely restoring the old borders.

That would be all the Prophecies characters. I'll do up the Factions and Nightfall ones some other time.

Boreas Soulwind
Male
Age: 23
Address: Fort Aspenwood
Occupation: Ritualist
Boreas never realy liked the luxons. When he was a kid, he used to hang out with his Kurzick buddies, playing in the abandoned Jade Quarry. That was their secret hideout. But then some Luxon patrolmen came and found them. The Luxons then proceeded to mete out some ass whooping. This was the turning point for Boreas.
By the time the luxons left, he was near death and his eyesight was fading to black. Then he saw a bright light, a formless presence, a spirit. The spirit spoke to his mind, "get the f**k up nublet. Lets make u own some suxon ass!". So Boreas found the strength to stand up, and althought wobbly, gave the spirit the finger. From there, he grew to like the spirit and the spirit taught him how to manipulate the powers found in the spirit world.
After 3 years of training in a hidden glade by Fernwood, he joined the Fort Aspenwood Guard and impressed them with his spirit skills. A few days later, a major incursion by the Luxons gave Boreas a chance to show his mettle.
So Boreas ran as fast as he could to the outer orange gate and quickly called on the spirit of preservation and life. After only a few minutes of waiting, the luxons came. They then started attacking the valiant dumbass kurzick guards that thought guarding the gate meant standing in front of the gate and bodyblocking people from entering. Boreas healed these dumbasses anyways.
One of the luxons shouted across the wall, "WTF! freaking gay queerzicks! stop healing!". So Boreas replied "LOL".
The heat died down on the Orange gate and Boreas was thinking Hmm. Why isn't anyone here? Someone then shouted from the Inner courtyard, "Boreas! Get your useless f**kin' ass over here! The suxons broke the f**kin' purple gate. You other people run some amber! f**kin' noobs." So Boreas went and started healing the people. He was also able to kill several suxons who were close to death with his Spirit Burn and Gaze from Beyond skills.
They won the battle and Boreas has forever been assigned to Fort Aspenwood, never being able to leave since. He killed himself 5 years after because Lee Sa, one of his guardian spirits, wouldn't sleep with him since she was already dead.
On his epitaph it said "I'm a spirit now Lee Sa! Hehehe..."
