Could anyone please tell me where to find Fire Attunement? One site said N Kryta but it's not there and another site said Roknars Forge but I haven't made it that far south yet. Thanks in advance.

Yes, it should be in Roknar's Forge. It may be available through a quest before then but that's probably pretty far along in the game, too.

It's available from the skill trainer in Fishermen's Haven.
