Since no one has bid, I have a creative offer for you. I'm not a fan of unid, but, I would purchase under these circumstances:
I'll bid 10K. I know you wanted at least 30K so here's a creative aspect to the offer. If the item turns out to be good I will mod it and then resell the item. I will then pay you the extra 20K or 1/2 the difference between the total cost of the item and the final sales price, whichever is less. Or, I decide to resell in game unid and I will split the profit with you.
Of couse, if someone bids on this, I'm going to look really dumb. Not to worry, it won't be the last time.
I wanted to add this: I've been going into FoW with groups every night for a while. I always take 3 keys with me. I have not gotten one drop that turned out to be any goood, ever, whether it was from a chest or a drop. In fact they always turn out to be surprisingly bad. I will continue to do it because it is still the only place where you can get a chaos axe or a storm bow. If I got a drop with good stats even 10% of the time, I would be inclined to purchase your unid at 30K.

ive got some pretty good dropsin UW.
i got one recently that was 10/10 sundering, fortitude, and +19% dmg
but sadly, the dmg was below 50% not above
your offer is creative, but it also involves me giving you an expensive item, and then hoping that you give me more money at a later date, i dont like that idea.

I'm the most trustworthy person in this game, hands down. On the other hand, just take the 10K as that was your only bid in 4 solid days. Then if I should give you more within a few days, it will be a bonus.
And thank you, you proved my point with your drop that was dmg below 50%. It's like they tease you with something that is nice but then there is something else that negates it. I had the same thing happen, again, last night in UW. It's true that there must be some very good drops because there are a certain amount of 15^50 low req pieces being offered at auction. They must be very rare because they sell for 250K and up.
With all the money I spend on keys, I'm coming to the conclusion that I'd be better off just buying what I want.
