The system you chose is considered 'overkilled' I guess for Guild Wars. It's definitly future proof, especially with that video card and processor.
If you want something a little cheaper, but that still runs great then consider this build :
AMD 64 3000+ (1.8Ghz) - 150$
*This processor can be overclocked very high, mines running at 2.4Ghz on Stock Cooling*
Corsair Value Select Ram 1Gb (2*512mb) - 109$
nVidia 6600GT PCI-E - 170$
ASUS A8N-VM Motherboard s939 w/PCI-E - 97$
Total : 600$ *All prices in Canadian $ from NCIX.com
This is close to what I'm using now and I can run most games on High Settings in High Resolutions without any problems at all. This is just an option that doesn't bust the bank as much.
