AncientPC Forge Runner W/RJoined Sep 2005Dec 12, 2005 at 6:24 PM • #5It is still a perfect mod. However it's the +5 energy, 9% global recharge, and low req that makes up most of the value for the staff. The wand is high req'ed, but it's still a double modded wand with one perfect stat.
