gold sundering chaos axe of axe mastery
max dam, req8
+ 13% dam over 50% health
sundering 10/8
axe +1 19%

i also want 2 ask what would price be if i upgrade it with +30 health and 10/10 sundering

I am against modding weapons with the exception of extremely rare items (crystallines, dwarven axes, etc.) The reason being is:
1) You never get the value of the mod back. +30 will cost you 50-70k, but will only add 30k worth of value to the sword.
2) The higher you push the value of a sword, the more limited the market that can buy the sword.
3) Players may prefer a different setup than the standard 10/10 Sunder and +30hp, I know I do.
