15-22 lightning req 8
damage + 13% while health BELOW 50%
Swordsmanship +1 (13%)

I dunno, i think i've seen Crystallines with TERRIBLE mods, kinda like that one, go for ALOT of money, over 100k+.... but im not quite sure, all depends on the buyer

i managed to trade a no dmg mod req 13 for stuff equalling 160k... it all depends on the buyer
