would this work good with a minon master build, and dose anyone know how they effect casting?

Bloodstained boots currently have no effect worthwile. They only affect spells that affect corpses with a casting time longer than 4 seconds. There are no such spells, therefore they unfortunately don't do anything.

Actually, the best explanation for the 20% reduction can be best described as the placebo effect. Evidently, Bloodstained Boots have no effect on corpse-targeting spells.

What he means is that you only THINK it casts faster, since the description says it does. The faster casting that you see could only be the result of mods on your staff or wand/artifact combo.

But where can I buy it? From Draknor? Can you lend me some?
I tried spamming "WTS: Placebo Effect, No N00b offers!" but people just poked me with sticks.

no, i used an atomic clock timer. just over 2 secs... they DO work, but hardly though.

Until you provide a relevant proof (read: video with stopwatch, or actual numbers that can be double-checked), you'll be considered wrong. Multiple people have tested this fact (Ensign among others), and you don't gain 20% fast cast with bloodstained boots. They used to give a 1s bonus on very long casting spells, but casting times have been reduced, and these boots are useless. I expect a future update to fix this issue.

I have also tested Bloodstained Boots by casting minion spells several times and using clock to measure time. They have no effect which is pity.
