Second Attribute quest

How would I go about getting the second attribute quest? I did the first one that made me go to all the desert places then do one of the prof changing quests, but how do I get the quest to hit me from 185 points to 200 points? Do I have to do another prof change quest then go back the the girl in Droknar's?

Also, What does the "Wisdom of the Druids" quest tie in to? By that I mean does it unlock any quests or does it exist only for the 500 xp?

Tie into how? I found it kind of pointless if I remember correctly; you just listen to some Druid's talk about we are all one or nothing or something like that. You get it from Dwayna in Druid's Overlook when your region has favor.

Wisdom of the Druids isn't entirely pointless. If memory serves, it's worth 500ish XP. But, the main thing is that you have to protect the Druids while they chant. That's not too hard with a semi-decent party.
