WTB Perf Req 7 Brutesword

im looking for a brute sword with the following mods:

req 7 is a must i already have req 8s, so dont bother with anything else plz.
the dmg mod must be one of the following:
15>50 or 15 always -5 energy (i MIGHT consider a 15% stance).
max damage is an absolute must

an 8 15>50 brutesword goes for about 600-700k, so i would have no objections to paying well over that (900k+ range).
i dont care if its modded or not, ill purchase it either way as i will be customizing this sword, but if it's unmodded i would detract the standard market price of the mods from the offer (if clean this would prolly come out to about a 130-150k drop).
