This is only my second character (decided to start over after only getting to level 14 with my other character). I could have sworn I was able to get/buy a sack (not the belt pouch... I've got that already) in Pre-Searing. Am I remembering incorrectly? If there IS one there, where the heck is it? I thought I remembered just one Pre-Searing merchant with one.
Also, in Pre-Searing, I have gotten Handwraps and Raiment. Is there anything else for a Monk to get in Pre-Searing? My other character was a Warrior/Ranger and I was able to pretty much outfit her head to toe before going on to Searing. Can this be done with Monks?

I don't remember ever seeing a bag in pre-searing, but you can get the belt pouch in several different places.
All professions can get a full set (minus the headgear) of armor from the collectors in pre-sear. I think the collectors are outside Foible's Fair, in Fort Ranik, in Ashford Abbey and inside the Green Hills County entrance of the Catacombs. There's more collector's than those, so keep looking if I got it wrong.

I wasn't sure about the sack/bag thing, but I'm not hung up about it.
The monks' clothes thing has me bugged. I've found a couple of collectors that offer the same clothes: two places for handwraps and two places for raiments (I think). But, that's it. Can't find pants or sandals anywhere. I'll keep on searching. That's the only thing holding me back from going to Searing.

Heres your locations and items needed for the monk collector armor:
shoes - inside green hills country entrance to catacombs, takes 5 gargoyle skulls
chest - ft ranik collector, takes 5 unnatural seeds
legs - ft ranik collector, takes 3 spider legs
hands - outside foibles fair by the snow, takes 3 icy lodestones

I have just taken a new baby through pre again...finished last night....but I couldn't find her any boots..lol
