Theres a collectors item that gives the same stats apart from the damage.

Around 40k-50k I believe... at least that's what it is for a similar necro wand.

I can see why it's a rare wand but for practical use casters don't rely on the damage from wands really.
Personally i think 40-50k is a bit high but then there are collectors versions of most weapons like bows etc. and it's the skins of the golds that get the big money, i don't know anyone that look for a certain skin for a wand.
