P/C on 2 shadow staffs and a gladius

Hey everyone need a quick p/c for these. If anyone wants to make an offer around the p/c thats fine also.

1st) Shadow Staff (gold)
Energy+10
Fire Dmg: 11-22 req 10 fire magic
Improves Casting speed using Inspiration Magic 16%

2nd) Hale Shadow Staff of Shelter (gold)
Energy +10
Fire Dmg 11-22 req 8 fire magic
Improves casting speed using Protection Prayer Skills 16%
Health +29
Armor +5 vs physical

3rd) Poisoners Gladius of Defense(gold)
Slashing dmg 15-22 req 8 swordsmanship
Damage +15% While health >50%
Lengthens posion on foe
Armor +5

The sword a friend had gotten for me when i was looking for a 15^50. He had paid 60k which I am not sure is a reasonable price since not alot of people are fond of the skin. So I am not sure what price it should be.

If you modded the gladius so it didn't have the poisoners part it would be worth a lot more since no warrior skills poison, but an exact price I dunno.
