Max Dmg 15 Enchant Req 8 Eternal

a guy wants to sell me a max dmg req 8 eternal bow 15 percent while enchanted with a 5/1 vamp mod

he says he will sell for 100k
if i buy it would i b able to sell it later at a higher price

While enchanted is the killer requirement to that pretty bow. I'd say around 60K is a fair price...so the answer is, don't buy it for 100K.
