I would say 800k+ myself but Im not the greatest at pcing. Just depends on how populair water magic is. I dont play elle so I dont know. =(

Draco, you dont need to have one point in water magic to get the benefits a spellcaster needs from this staff, you aren't gonna be standing and attacking with a staff, you are gonna be casting.
