Staff wrappings of fortitude are more expensive than hale heads (simply because everybody uses insightful head).
A hale head +30hp would probably sell for 30-50k, but you forget it's on the weapon which devalues the mod. There aren't enough inherent mods on the staff to up the value of the item and the skin doesn't help either.

A few platinum at best. If it was Death+1 19%/20% that's a different story. There is no market for non-perfect upgrades.
