I hope there is an christmas feature, I like the way they change the scenery when halloween was around, its a nice little addition

Screwup in textures. You have a video driver problem or something along those lines.

Happens to me too! First time I thought it was the xmas theme - and got rather carrried away
It seems to happen to me when switching to the web browser, whilst leaving GW running in the background or minimised. Warping back to town seems to fix it though.
