WTB Max Damage Gold Hammer with +15% damage

I am only looking for a hammer that has the +15% damage bonus with no conditions (meaning you get it no matter what). As for the other mods I will see what they have. +15% is required. Let me know price and other mods on it. Edited: Also would like it to only require 8 or 9 Hammer Mastery if possible.
