WTB Curses or Illusion Wand!

HI, im looking to buy a wand with any curses req, or if its illusion, a MAX of 9 req. it also must have the following mods

+3-5 energy>50%
+curses recharge (10%-20% chance)

it also could be all skills recharge, but im runnin low on money, and that mod ups the price too much.

well i dont know if this is what your looking for, but i have a gorrels cane which is 9 illusion req. doesnt have energy but gives improved casting and skill recharge by 10%.

na sorry i dont nees that, i really need energy :P, thx tho
