40-80k.

Except of course the fact that people who HAVE 80k probably know that FDS's are the most horrible swords of all at anything but killing over-sized icecubes...
I think it's closer to 30-40k.

You'd be surprised, 80k is far from being rich in GW and easily obtainable.
Rancour
To me 80k isn't much either, but I know for a fact that by far most players have less than 10k in their storage, while those who have more usually have ALOT more.
I'm sure you're better at PC'ing, but I really think people are, or atleast should be, starting to realize how useless FDS's are.
But again, 30-40k is the max I'd pay. I'm sure there're other people out there who'd pay more.

please do tell why u think FDS are useless.
AncientPC
You can't replace the hilt which sort of castrates the sword.
PC'ing is not about how much an individual would pay, I know I would not buy anything at the prices I PC at unless I absolutely want it to use. I buy everything to resell anyway, so it would be pointless for me to buy items at 100% value.
To me, PC'ing is getting the max value out of an item that the average player would pay.
