Yes it is worth it, no point in the 10% grip though, thats a merchant item for sure.

45k is average price for Tanzit Cleavers these days, the hammer grip is worthless.

I think you can get Tanzit's for cheaper in War Camp - I saw someone spamming them for 35K yesterday night.
