Where is the quest to respec your second profession?

I would like to try a new profession but I have no clue where to get the quest or when I will be eligable for it. Can anyone shed some light on this for me please?

I believe the option opens up after you've done the Ascension quest.

I thought it was the mirror image battle, not done it personally, going to soon enough.

If you just want to try a new profession though, create a new character. I play 3 roleplaying characters and get quite a few skills with each, and when you are able to unlock all of those, as well as runes and upgrades, you can make yourself a PvP character to try just about anything out that you might decide.
