I have a rune for my necromancer, but I don't know how to use it. Anyone help me out here?

Double click the rune.

Click the piece of armor you want to put it in

you need to use an expert salvage kit to get the rune out of the stalker armor, then you can do as Jackell instructed to use it.

I used an expert salvage kit and 4 Tanned Hide Squares came out
