God, where shoudl I start. First off, you're spreading yourself way too thin to be very effective.
banish: 34 holy dmg (SMITE)
wastrels worry: 49 dmg (DOM)
mending: +2 hp regen (HEALING)
energy burn: -8 en; 56 dmg (DOM)
shatter enchantment: 77 dmg (DOM)
power spike: 80 dmg (DOM)
backfire: 112 dmg (DOM)
ether feast: +23 hp (INSP)
Ok, first off, DITCH mending. It's not worth it, especially with only a +2 regen (ew, you're sacrificing energy for that?). That should allow you to focus on just smite, dom, and inspiration, fast casting. Now, fast casting at 6 provides the "most" benefit to a character when regarding it's cost to effect.
Ok, so now you're 4 attributes thin, which is still a bit thin for my liking.
Next we look at your energy management. It doesn't exist. You're goign to need some type of management to make this build keep ticking. Right now, I'd say pump of inspiration a little and use chanelling. You shoudl have it by now. Also, the boost to your inpiration should compensate for your lack of mending when using ether feast. Also, add a minor rune of inspiration, you should have one on already.
Lets look at your damage spells:
banish: 34 holy dmg (SMITE)
wastrels worry: 49 dmg (DOM)
energy burn: -8 en; 56 dmg (DOM)
shatter enchantment: 77 dmg (DOM)
power spike: 80 dmg (DOM)
backfire: 112 dmg (DOM)
I personally don't like WW in PvE, you're better off using Smite from smiting prayers, and you'd be utilizing your secondary better (probably around 60 condition dmg). Shatter enchantment? There's not too much enchanting going on in PvE, and Shatter Hex does some nice damage. Also, it's nice to have some hex removal for yourself (although it's a little pricy). Evergy Burn is fine for now, even if it's a little pricy. Backfire is fine for PvE, cause things still cast through it. Now, I would NOT recomment power spike, even if it has a faster recharge than leak or block. Sure, it does the most damage, but if you're goign to use an interrupt (and have it your only one) I'd reccoment Cry of Frustration or Leech Sig (I useually use leech sig for the conditional energy gain). Why? Because these two skills interrupt any skill, not just a spell. Thus, you can keep that ranger from using Troll ungent, or a warrior from using heal sig. Very important that is.
So your new skills may look something like:
banish: 34 holy dmg (SMITE)
Smite: (Smite)
Channeling: (INSPIRATION)
Leech Sig: Inspiration
ether feast: +23 hp (INSP)
energy burn: -8 en; 56 dmg (DOM)
shatter Hex: (DOM)
backfire: 112 dmg (DOM)
Now, the BIGGEST problem with this, is a lack of a res. In PvE, you should have Restore Life as a Me/Mo, since you can use it to it's best with your fastcasting. You ARE the primary rezzing character. Thus, I'd say sacrifice a skill based on the area you're in for Restore Life (or Rebirth later).
If you're in an area with reletively few, or reletively "weak" hexes, remove shatter hex. If you need the hex removal, I'd say ditch energy burn/smite/banish. If you are doing fine with energy, you may even feel like you can get rid of leech sig, though I wouldn't recommend it. Or, if you're in a heavy interrupt area, ditch backfire because of the long cast time.
Basically, you need to find a focus, and work with it. This proposed skillset utilizes your attributes selected better than what you first had, and probably has a more efficient output in the longrun.
Or I'm crazy and haven't played a mesmer for months on end :P *end sarcasm*
