Best weapon skill for N/W: Swords, Axes, or Hammers?

Swords are probably best for 1 handed damage, but Hammers can knock down those pesky casters when they try to cast. Any opinions?

I run Axes now, I'm liking it a lot, Cleave is a great skill. Use Disrupting Chop, and you can stop atleast 3+ cast time spells. There's Distracting Blow too, which is quicker. Knockdowns won't be able to interrupt on demand, Hammers are too slow.

I prefer Swords myself, though mostly 'cause I can use them to tap on bleeding effects and pop on things like Necrotic Transversal and other hp-draining stuff.

I'm sure if I had more useful axe skills, I might reconsider.

I use sword also for the same reason. Bleed /deep wound combo really works well with my Curses line.
I'm 12 curses 9 swords 9 tactics. I use Mark of Pain to get the most out of my sword. Warriors tend to double team and that makes my build work well using Shadow of Fear, Suffering then Mark of Pain and Frenzy when they gang up on our Monk. I can't wait till I find Hundred Blades to complete my build.

I believe the charr boss in called hatemonger and he is near a bridge.
