custom Client-side only Your Player-only skill use sound files

I would like to see custom Client-side only Your Player-only skill use sound files.
What that means is that for the client-side only (as in, your computer only), you should be allowed to setup custom sound files for each skill that are played whenever you use that skill. Your Player-only means that it only activates that sound when your player is using the skill. By doing this all, you prevent any unfair advantages.

The idea here is to allow players to spice up their game. Most RPGs have very dramatic sounds for each spell attack. For example, a person casting a Fireball in Neverwinter Nights goes through a verbal incantation of the spell. But in GW, spell casting is a very silent affair.

Ideally, and this idea is totally separate from the above, it would be great if the Guild Wars dev team made it to where many skills give off a unique verbal sound. I think it would make the game more exciting, dramatic, and fun. Instead of having things just blowing up with no one saying a word, you'd hear warriors actually yell "I WILL SURVIVE!", or "FEAR ME!" as they used those skills. Elementalists would say some crazy stuff before casting a Firestorm: "Shaddo Kesta... FREEDGA!" Or whatever. (The manual specifically describes a Monk having to do some form of religious chant before healing people, for example.)

Obviously not every skill should trigger such a sound. Such a situation would result in a very noisy atmosphere. But if some skills gave off sounds, the game would have more personality.

I really like the idea but allowing any part of the game to be edited client-side just opens up a GIANT can of worms in terms of possible exploits (read: h4xx).

although the idea is a good one it wouldnt be very feasible for casters like mesmers with fast casting who can literally cast 3 or 4 spells in a matter of under a few seconds. He wouldnt even finish the verbal component by the time im casting my 3rd spell
