think its pretty sweet for tanking in SF or FoW

its tactics, skeletons are always tacts...i would say maybe 3-45k for a runner

I'd say around 60K is a fair price for this pretty, pretty shield.

By the way, the TRUE value of this shield is not for tanking in UW/FoW...it's for running.
