So I got this staff in the Southern Shiverpeaks, it was a rare Mesmer staff and it had the astonishing bonus... Quick recovery from Dazed.
This component can not be salvaged, right? What do I get if I do salvage the staff?

Yes, that component can not be salvaged. You would probably get wood planks, unless there is a different mod on it.
