PC: Two Gold Axes

I wanted to see what these are worth. They are both Spiked Axes

First axe:

Gold
Req 9. Axe
Max Dmg (6-28)
+29 health
+19% dmg while health is below 50%
+7 armor (vs. Elemental)

Second Axe:
Gold
Req. 13 Axe
Max Dmg (6-28)
+15% dmg whiel health below 50%
Armor penetration 10/10
+5 Armor

1) salvage, otherwise 5-10k.

2) salvage

Health below is probably the least wanted damage situational modifyer... except maybe while you are hexed. Second axe is crap because of that and way too high req. But Has a VERY (50-70k) valuable mod as well as a mediocre (1-3k) mod. Might sell for 20k-30k to someone who wanted to try his luck salvaging it himself.

First axe is ok, but the +29 mod is worth more then the axe itself is, so I'd salvage it and hope ya get that mod. Otherwise, 5-10k like ancient said.
