Just bought this staff hoping to make some profit out of it.

Insightful Accursed Staff of Warding
10-22 dark damage (req.9 Curses)
+7 armour vs elemental attacks
+5 energy

is it best to sell as is or hope to salvage the +5 energy off of it?
