Item piece trader

Ok, so ArenaNet has stated that it wouldn't be feasible to put in a weapon trader as there are just way too many weapon combinations.

So, how about putting in an item trader? Instead of trading him a Fiery Dragon Sword of Fortitude, you have to scavenge the sword then trade the trader whatever you end up, either you trade him a Fiery Sword Hilt or you trade him a Pommel of Fortitude, whatever the expert salvage kit ends up giving you. Perhaps a "Sword Pieces" trader and an "Axe Pieces" trader, etc. Based on what people trade to these guys, they'll have items available to sell to other people.

We have dye traders now and rune traders along with the material traders. I vote that we get some item traders.
