pc on two bows

I dont have these but have been looking into buying them and in LA dist one I have been called a noob on all my offers so could someone pc them so I can give a decent offer.

eternal bow max dmg req 8 lets say
modless
15% vs hexed

storm bow max dmg req 8
modless
15% vs hexed

I decided to collect the bows with this mod and got a shadow one with these stats no prob in forum for 5k.. So I figure I would offer 10k well obviously that is super low they have been asking 50k+ I didnt think vs hexed was sought after at all..... all pc's are greatly appreciated.

umm, lets say 20k each or so...
