Well... I got this Tall shield:

16 armor (req. 9 tactics)
-2 w.encahnted
-2 w.stance

and its PCéd is here:

...and eternal should be worth more than tall so...

but -2 enchanted and -3 (8%) are not the same... maybe if it were 10%...

well, but i really have no idea so i might be wrong (hpe so lol).

I had a -3 (hexed) and -2 (stance) eternal go for 100k, but thats more ideal for runners

well ok... I just left info and not a pc... I would say around the 80k aswell.

Taken into consideration -3 chance 8% vs. -2 w.enchanted. I would take -2 and then this is eternal... the 80k is the value imo
