Is the jeweled staff a Mesmer device? Would either of these staffs be more valuable with the Hale head? What are they worth?

lol, this is like Antiques Roadshow. I would have thought the +29hp would make the staffs more valuable.

1st staff is not max dmg and has a very high req; second staff is nice but nothing extraordinary.
I would price them around 8k each but my suggestion is to try and salvage the +29hp head which is worth around 20k.
Wait for another opinion on 1st staff though it's a rare skin dunno how much will affect the price.
