Gold Tall Shield
max armor, req 8 tactics,
strength +1 20%
and -3 damage 9%


how much does this go for?
30k? or more? or less?

I'd say less, since there strength bonuses to skills aren't that sought after...I'd say around 10K.

also, a tactics req shield which has strenght +1?
not much people have 8 tactics AND use a lot of strenght skills

I would start at 50k and once someone is interested drop it down to 30-35k
