Mhh no... too high... i would say around 4-5k, but it really depends... yesterday a girl wanted to pay me 12k for a clean storm but i usually don't charge more than 4-5k for the low reqs... and some ppl i see sell them for a couple of plats even less...

Loool well one time i got a req 9 gold storm i did identify it and the only mod was a 20% vs plants...i'm still upset for that

For my bow you mean? I salvaged the +20 and sold for 1500gp and it was fine for me
