WTB: Max dam Mursaat horn bow with damage bonus (Details inside)

The title says it all. There are a few things to note though.

1. I don't care about upgrades. I've salvaged the ones I want from from other bows.

2.I'm after a high requirement bow. Yes, you *did* read correctly, a high req. My ranger goes around with at least 11 marksmenship, usually 13. So unless you're willing to sell a low req max damage mursaat horn bow with a damage bonus for about 4k, then a high req one please.

3. The requirement itself I'm after is either while enchanted or while hexed. Ideally 20% for hexed and 15% while enchanted, but I'm not going to dismiss it if it's only 11-13%.

After a few fissure runs, I can now go up to 3 shards and 1k for a high req Mursaat bow.
