not worth much bad dmg mod and not max dmg.. best bet is to try and salvage +1 marks mod

15-28 is max as far as damage is concerned
15%dmg is max for hexed
20% is max for the chance part
zealous is good if u use tigers fury. my guess would be salvage it and hope to get either the zealous or the marksmanship upgrade. i'm no expert but that would be my guess.
