CA to droks? possible exploit

I was just thinking...if someone goes flawless for 10 rounds in CA (located in LA) and theyre taken to TA (in droks) when they lose will they respawn in TA like other players? or go back to CA?

possibly an exploit...

They spawn in TA. Can't go to Droknar's though.

Nope, not possible. The CA guard will tell you that you're not allowed to enter droknar's forge.

You don't zone into or out of of Arenas, you talk to the Guard - the same reason you can't be run directly from Maguma Stade to Riverside Province.
