Does Favorable winds and Read the wind stack correctly ?

Read is a prep but FW isnt, i cant see why they shouldnt stack. But it doesnt seem to add up.
Anyone else notice this, or is it just me ?

The added dmg does stack. The doubling arrow speed does not (it doesnt double the double speed -therefore give x4 speed, it just gives x2 eitherway).
