I have a Tall Shield req 9 +44/-2 both while enchanted, if you want the damage reduction to be while enchanted why not the hp also?

You get more than 30hp this way, and since you need to be enchanted for the damage reduction, why not kill 2 birds with one stone?

got a req 8 warlord shield with 28aways/-2dmg ench

btw, health always i prefer, simply in case enchants get shattered / removed
