Healing breeze on a warrior

As a warrior monk, where can you get the healing breeze spell, I have looked all over and cant seem to find it, any help would be great.

As a primary monk, you can get it in pre-academy Ascalon.
As a secondary monk, you have to buy it from the Ascalon skill trainer.
