PC and a question

I don't know if it has any worth but before just selling off to a merch I thought I best check it out!

I have a blue, hammer haft, sundering 10% with a 7% chance. Is it worth anything or should I just get rid via merch?

My other question;

I see a lot of items being sold as max damage, is there anything that tells me that a staff/wand/sword/axe etc... is max damage?

Oh another question, are clean white items worth anything? I have a water and an air wand that have a req of 6 and would they be worth much without upgrades added or would I be better adding upgrades to them?

Sell to merchant.

Staves and wands have max damage of 11-22.
Swords are 15-22.
Axes are 6-28.
Hammers are 19-35.
Bows are 15-28.

Sell all white items to merchant (or salvage them for materials).. Noone's buying them.
