that looks kinda perfect for SF farmers... I would try selling it ingame in War Camp... or in a auction making notiver about the perfect SF-issue

PC <10k if you cant boost it on the SF part.... but you should be able to. the +8 armor is worth more than ANY HP and -X dmg mod

...this is actually perfect as I see it
