180K+ for sure.. Rare skin, 15%dmg always (-5, but who cares ) +30hp and perfect Sundering is all you need for your perfect bow.

i would think that it would be 150k++ if it was the -armor 15%, not many people want to give up the energy - rare skin or not - wouyld think it would max at 150k

I agree with 150k+ in this case. This is a sought after and treasured item, and 15 always is rarer than 15^50 most of the time.
