I just found this hammer:

Ram's hammer of fortitude
Req 8, 19-35 dmg
+13>50
Health +30

My question is if I should try to sell it or salvage for the +30 mod?

+30 would be worth something in the 50k zone.. if you get it.
You could get something like 30k for the hammer imo..
