[Summary: I was getting pwned hard by casters and everyone knows its fairly tough to kill a monk so I took it upon myself to make casters lives hell.
The first skill is self explanatory since waiting for skills to recharge sux and will make you and your team suffer.
When I first looked at choking gas and the measly 8 second duration I ignored it completely.
However with maxed Expertise I found that the recharge was leagues better.
I had room for two bow attack skills so I threw in Savage shot because it interupts both casters and tanks as well as giving a small piece of damage against casters making it very good for this build.
The second attack skill is open to whatever you like but I went with hunters shot so that the caster would have one more condition to worry about on top of getting interupted constantly.
Pin down is multi-purpose but is best for catching those annoying stragglers for your tanks and also to punk the hell out of tanks who try to rush you.
If you begin taking punishment hit Whirling Defense and drop healing spring or run.
No need to mention the Rez skill but I did anyways
