some interesting mods on it. any estimates? i doubt it's worth over 10k, but i'd like to sell it off if i can. if not i'll just sell to trader. or maybe salvage for the insightful head.

you dont necessarily need to meet the requirement to get the recharge and casting bonus. So 15-20k maybe a little more.
